Meaning of pay or vacate
Hey BP, Does the "Pay or Vacate" slip mean I'm starting the eviction process on the due date or I expect them to be out of the home by the due date?

Hey @Cedrick Givens - as far as I'm aware, the date would be the day you start the eviction process since they've officially broken the lease terms and notices. I recommend getting in touch with a real estate attorney that handles evictions right away, even if your tenants end up paying for missed rent.
