Finding good tenants thru a property manager in Buffalo
Please let me introduce myself. I bought two properties in Buffalo in March. One multi family residence and one single family residence.
My property manager seems to have difficulties finding a good tenant for one of the apartments in the multi family residence.
Do you know any property manager who is good in finding the right tenants?
The property is situated, not in crack city but neither in best quarters in Buffalo.
