Does anybody have a service that does 3D House Rendering videos ?

Question

Nothing really fancy, but for a rental.   And a record of the house condition.

Would somebody be able to do one for a fee in the Warwick, RI area ?

You can do this yourself for free depending on how advanced you need it.  Zillow 3d rental allows you to capture a 3d walkthrough of the house from your iphone or 3d camera and post it to the listing if you want or not if you don't wan to.  I love it and post it to all my listings, it takes about 30 minutes to complete.  Beware though this is very battery intensive on our phone and will pretty much suck it dry from 100%.  All you need is a Zillow account which you probably have for posting and to download their free 3d homes app.  Look for rentals in your area that have them and you can get an idea what they look like.

Matterport for sure! $150-300 for cost and youll end up with a floor plan of your home also. Money well spent.

Thank you for the replies !!     So the cost is about $300.

Why would I want to do this?    As a remote landlord, it might give me a good grip on property condition, rather than just a few images.     I won't be able to do it myself.

Would you just take some pictures and 3D is overkill ?

A lot of real estate agents have 360 cameras. I would call around to different agencies and ask if they could perform that service for you and what they would charge. I expect it will cost you $300 or so.

I think you need to be more specific. I think what you're looking for is something like Matterport. You can go to their website and find people in your area that does that. Good luck.
