Eviction from over state

Hello all , I have new tanet in liberty Texas, just moved in and pay only two month, and stop , his phone go to voice mail when I try to call him, I don't have property management , what will be the best way for me to start the eviction process if I am outside the country right now? Should I sand him by online certified latter and wait for response and continue from there? Or what's the best way?

 I would work with a lawyer in Texas to make sure everything is done properly.
