Who owns, flips, is a property manager or realtor in Marietta, GA? Especially the downtown Marietta Square area?  Lots of old homes in and around Marietta Square, why do contractors not tear down and rebuild like they do in most of Atlanta? What is rental market like in Marietta Square area?

@Adah N. Marietta is not like Atlanta. The people up here like the feel of having older homes that are just modernized. So, unless a house needs to be replaced its a better look and feel for the community to modernized. No one want to look or feel like Atlanta. Marietta has character that it would like to maintain.
