Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program?

I recently saw on a MLS listing "All residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $20.00 per month"

Anybody any idea how this program work or what is it?

It's probably unique to that property manager. Contact them and ask. I'm willing to bet they have something in writing that explains the program. My guess is that it involves a filter delivery program that ensures you have a clean filter delivered to the home to install every three months, thereby ensure the furnace runs efficiently and reducing maintenance costs.
