Software for managing real estate portfolio required
Does anyone know a good software for tracking and capturing data on houses before they are rent ready. For instance, I would like to track the following
purchase price, rehab cost as I spend them, mortgage company, cost, interest, HOA address, HOA fees, closing documents, strategy, issues about the property and more.
