CT contractor and investor here. I recommend Iron Clad Property Management, out of Meriden. I have worked with them for multiple investors on several units.  From what I've seen, they really do a nice job of brining in quality tenets and taking care of their properties. Working with Mike Bernard is fantastic.

@Samuel Eddinger (owner) is a wealth of knowledge!
