Template for Operational book keeping

Hi BP community,

Is there a template available for new Landlords to use to book keep a single property? I'm closing my first rental Jan 20 - looking for a template (Excel) or tool (SaaS product) that people use for book keeping. I have a lot to learn so looking for simple here. Something that will keep me organized in tracking Net Operating Income and also help me come tax time. Please let me know what you recommend for newbies. TY!
