Rent Increase Question in CA
In CA, if I last raised rent in June 2022, is it correct I cannot raise rent till 12 months from then? And not more than 10%? Tenants are month-month; been there 3 years. If I send notice now, do I have to allow them till June to respond, or can it be within 3 months?
