Group Home Senior or Assisted Living Rental
We are in contract with a mulit-unit home (2 duplexes and 1 single family home) on the North Shore of Oahu and looking into the idea of opening up a Group Home for Senior or Assisted Living. From what I hear on the recent podcast 710 it's a great alternative to short-term rentals but a lot of leg work to get licensed and set up. We are willing to put the work in because we feel there is a need in our community. If anyone has any advice or resources, we would greatly appreciate it. Mahalo!
