Recommendations Rental Appliances
Where is the best place to purchase rental appliances such as; dishwashers, refrigerators, stoves, and microwaves? I am thinking of upgrading from white to stainless steel.

If you have enough units to justify it, find a wholesaler to set up an account with. In my experience they use in-house delivery crews which result in fewer delivery issues/damage/drama. Pricing and availability is more consistent, and they can better handle specialty requests. They also seem to charge less for the delivery and haulaway of old appliances. They will coordinate with the tenant for scheduling, and if you get a good sales rep, they will let you know if they have a scratch and dent or other option to save a few more bucks.
