Vendors are dropping off all types off goodies at my office. It's really nice. Shouldn't savvy landlords do something for heir customers? Tenants?

Tenants pay me rent.

I provide them a nice, safe, clean place with courtesy.

That's it.

I don't give them pens and crap. I don't give them movie tickets. Do you really want to be evicting someone after you gave them a holiday gift? Do you really l want tenants walking all over you... if you give some an inch, they'll take a mile? Most tenants would much rather have a nice safe property than a coffee mug.
