How much does a CPA service cost?

Hi,

I have 4 rental properties (located in 2 different states) and I am a partner in an LLC. I also have a W2 job. I am looking to see how much does a good real estate investor friendly CPA service would cost me.

Also, I would appreciate any recommendation on good CPAs who can do tax planning and preparation.
