When I first started with rentals I had to do everything myself now I have doing it for a while and would like to hire some of it out, I know it's easy to call a plumber when you have a leak or stopped drain and it's easy to call an A/C company when the A/C goes out, but when it comes to make ready I don't think anybody can do it as good as the actual owner, how do you guys feel about it. Because the other day I hired some cleaners that were supposed to be familiar with cleaning a house after tenants move out, but I feel they did a terible job I showed up when they were mopping the floor so I really couldn't inspect their work, what are you guys experiances with this?

I agree with @Ned Carey - it takes a while to find dependable contractors that meet your quality standards. The sooner you start, the sooner you'll settle in on the good ones and quit worrying about it. Doing everything yourself is not really saving you money, nor is it scalable. You're effectively hiring yourself as a cleaning person - unless you're flipping burgers at McD's on the side, that is probably a downgrade for you.
