Tenant Abandoned Roach Infested Household Goods

What do y’all do with tenant abandoned, roach infested, household goods?  Unfortunately this property is in a county that does not do bulk pick up collection at the street. I am not excited at the prospect of hauling these items in our truck to the dump and risking an infestation of our vehicle.  Is our only realistic option to bite the bullet and pay to rent a dumpster?  A lot of these items are in decent shape and we could write off for taxes, but there are definitely German roaches in the property. There is a leather sectional couch, a bunch of clothing, pots and pans, etc.  I suppose donating any of this stuff is out of the question??  We don’t have a washer or dryer on the property to wash clothes in hot water and dry on hot. We did pay to have utilities turned back on and do now have 1 garbage bin which we have deposited all the rotting food from the fridge.  We also just applied Advion and some Gentrol after learning about the infestation.

Aloha,

If you "bomb" it, be sure to plan on bombing once or twice more, at about 8-9 days, and again 12-14 days from original.
