Plumbing/toilet issues

We moved our tenant in today. He pretty much declined the walk through (I still had him sign the checklist).

Our house has been sitting empty for a few months, but everything was in working order (we had been going to the house to check on it weekly, lived in the house for 8 years with no such issues). A few hours after we left the property, he called to say water was leaking from the master bath (on the second floor) onto the first floor through the light fixtures. It seems the toilet was leaking, we asked him to turn the water off from the water supply and it stopped leaking.

We will be meeting a plumber at the house tomorrow to see what is going on, from reading some posts on here, I have to mention he is a larger person, so he may have unseated the toilet (?).

What type of repairs and/or "reinforcement" should I consider, or has anybody had this issue? Should we reinforce the other toilet on the second floor as well?

Quote of the thread: "and instructed the tenant how to sit on the bowl." Thanks for the laugh, Alex.
