I am in the process of learning about rentals by renting my first. I just lowered my rent to 95% of market to generate more interest. I have a rental agreement from AOA, and all the required and desired addendum. What are some of the contract clauses that you would recommend that I have? Also, I have yet to get an application back, and when I do I plan to do the screening through AOA, but what do I look for in the report?
