In need of referrals for property manager in Arizona....
Sorry if I am posting this in wrong section of forum. I will be renting out my house (located in Fountain Hills) as I have to move out of state and would feel more comfortable with a property manager for out of state rental.
I am also confused what I could rent out my house for. I have a general idea but I could be waaaaay off. Would a property manager also be able to help me out with determining what I can charge for rent? Does anyone in Bigger pockets network possibly know of one I might be able to reach out to?
