Ideas on Dumpster Control
I have had a dumpster for two years now and haven't had much of an issue with it. The dumpster is located right next to the road and I do not have a better place to put it. Now some bums are diving it and leaving it open. Racoons and other critters are pulling trash out.
I've thought about building an enclosure for it but not sure how access to the dumpster would work for tenants. Thoughts?

Aloha,
Typical 3 - 5 yard dumpsters with one or two flimsy hinged lids can usually be swapped out for one with a locking bar on it to place a padlock. Your vendor and your tenants will need a key.
