single home for cashflow

I have 70k dollars to buy an investment house in cleveland. Are any of you investing there? if so. Can you tell me where I can get a decent home at that price for cashflow. I've done some research  but Cleveland is big. any thought of where should i invest. thanks for your response and god bles
