Searching for Lease Agreement pdf

Hi everyone, 

I'm looking for recommendations for a solid residential rental agreement PDF. Preferably one that I can just plug in my specifics. I've read that many use pre-drafted documents found online as an easier solution to making one of their own. If any one can recommend some that they might have used I would really appreciate it. I'm also open to hearing if this is a bad idea if anybody thinks so. THANK YOU! ( I am located in California)
