2023 Residential Lease Agreement

Hi! 

I am a new landlord and looking to rent my place out ASAP. I have downloaded the leases from bigger pockets but I believe there are other general lease terms or tenants rights information that are not included in that. Is anybody able to forward my way? 

Also any other general tips would be appreciated!

 I would tap into your local realtor, or EZ landlord would be another resource online that would have forms for you including a lease.
