Cockroach found in one of my units

Adam Pervez
Posted

Hello,

My tenant had notified me this morning that she had found a cockroach in the living room. We are having pest control come out to take a look into this. Has anyone dealt with this issue before? From what I hear, cockroaches are harder to get rid of so I want to make sure that this does not spread.

If anyone has had a similar instance and how they remediated the issue, please feel free to share!

Definitely agree with @John Underwood. Can't control if tenants are leaving food out and are attracting critters. I also provide pest control within the first 30 days of move in. After that pest control becomes tenant's responsibility.
