NJ Notice to Cease

Hello Everyone,

I am so glad I found this forum since I'm very new to this! I own a house and homeshare the other rooms. My leases run from 3-6 months at the longest. I have a lease. Rent, minimum $50 for utilities, non-refundable cleaning fee, guest policy etc.

The housemate pays his rent late. Hasn't paid ANY utilities, breaks the guest policy(excessive overnight guests, having people in the house when he isn't there) and he is very loud when he comes in at night. He is also damaging my property i see. My other housemate showed me the bathroom and the problem tenant dyes his hair and the dye has stained the toilet and floor! He was also cutting on the countertops without a cutting board creating those ugly slice marks!!

So I need help. His lease is up in April 1. I need help with a Notice to cease stating all the violations and then maybe a couple days after that a notice that I will not be signing a new lease with him and that I want him out on april 1st.

Can anyone point me to a form I could use for this? How do I handle the utilities?
