Insurance company in Memphis

Hey Y’all! I’m sure many of you are seeing the insurance company’s jacking rates. Mine are going up 100%! 

Any advice for the Memphis area? I have a 26 unit c class apartment.

My insurance in Memphis has gone up crazy as well...50-100% on all of my units.  @Douglas Skipworth any chance you might be able to send those referrals my way as well? :-)
