Vntr Homes Zillow Contact

Has anyone ever been contacted by someone from VNTR HOMES on Zillow or any other platform?
I have a rental property listed on Zillow and they contacted me about subletting the property from me for their rental arbitration program. 

I can not find any information on them or their company other than a website which can be easily made for scamming purposes.
