I have a 3 unit property live in one unit. I inherited these tenants' fairly good pay on time both are related i just have a little of a issue with one tenant son he is on the lease he's constantly in and out the building at odd hours of the night also a little bit of a pot smoker I should I speak with the parent about this ? How should I handle this .

@David P. I think you should ignore it.You are the land lord and not a hall monitor. Is he disturbing other tenants? You get complaints? Even then I would but out. All the best!
