Columbus, OH - ad not getting bites
I have a rental in the Linden neighborhood that is not getting as much interest as expected. Currently 3br/$1200 with huge basement, pet friendly. I tried taking pictures myself, but I just haven't been satisfied with how they turned out.
I have a professional photographer scheduled to take pictures (I've hired him before, he does great post-editing work).
Am I simply asking too much? Rentometer says my price is average.
