New Jersey In State property Agent

HI All,

I live out of New Jersey but have properties in NEW JERSEY

you need to register every multifamily property with state of NJ, it requires an in-state agent, I drive down to NJ a couple of times each week, what am I supposed to do about having an in-state agent on my registration?
