Pricing rent with a garage
Hi,
My questions is, how much more can one increase rent for a garage? I recently acquired a duplex in an A neighborhood. Each side is 845 sq. ft. One side has a garage no yard and the other a large yard on a corner lot. Lease on the garage side ends in December. That lease is about $500 under market rent. If market rent is $2100 with no garage, what would a garage be worth?
