What brand windows do you use in your rentals?
Hi all,
Currently undergoing extensive renovations on a triplex I purchased two months ago. The project is a full gut down to the studs. I am looking to order 30 new replacement windows but I'm having a hard time finding a cost effective brand of windows to go with. I'm not looking for the highest quality window but also do not want to purchase the lowest quality window as i plan to keep this property long term. Any recommendations on cost effective window brands that you use in your rentals?
