Building duplex what would you do special?
Hey Everyone we are going to be building a duplex to be a rental and wanted to know what kind of things you would recommend upgrading/ doing special? I know I plan to put blocking for towel bars but what other things would your recommend to "harden" the property for long term success. Thoughts on in ground sprinkler system? etc...
Thanks for any input on the what to do or any learning experiences you may have had with a new build project!
