Evicting tenants

Let's say if a property that I'm buying has tenants in them and they haven't been paying rent, what process do I have to take in order to evict them legally? Properties like this is cheaper but it comes with a catch. I want to know what I'm getting into. Thanks.

@Account Closed , every state has different eviction laws. your state has a bad reputation for being tenant friendly, not landlord friendly. You really need to ask a local attorney who does eviction law to get a realistic idea of average time and cost to evict. Some "professional tenants" can be hell to evict. If you are getting a good price because of an existing problem, make sure you have a good idea of the cost and time involved. Some evictions can take years.
