How to Implement RUBS
I understand RUBS in theory and have been asking my property management team to implement it but have been met with some resistance. Is there a third party service I could use to make it possible? My management team doesn't know how to use their accounting software to correctly implement even though I provided the formula. Any suggestions besides get a new property manager? They are wondereful and have had a great relationship with them thus far.
