Quadraplex insurance help

I am on the way to buy rental Quadraplex property around Ocala. Can someone help me with General reasonable insurance cost for around 5000 sqft property covering 750k coverage for dwelling ? quotes I got so far is around 8000k per year which is 4-5 times more than normal.
