Rent Collection/Small Scale

I have a duplex that I house hack (live in the other side).  I found my new primary and now will be renting out both sides of my duplex (Starting to feel like a Real investor now :) ).  My current tenant just gives me a check each month since I am right next door.  Now that I will not be living next door, what are some options for rent collection that will not cost me anything?
