Seek help with insurances in Cypress Texas (Houston Area)
Hello! I received several renewal/non-renewal notices on rental properties in Cypress in the last few weeks. The cost of renewals increased by 70-80%, which was insane. I've been shopping around with no luck. Tried to go with Fire and Personal Liability (removing Wind and Hail) to reduce cost but haven't found any offerings.
I wonder if other landlords/investors have some good strategies to tackle this challenging environment. I'm thinking about getting personal liability coverage from my primary home insurer but am yet to find out if it works as I don't live in Texas. Would greatly appreciate some advice, ideas or recommendations for agents!!
