Experience with RCFE Management
I’m evaluating an investment into an RCFE. The business and real estate value are packaged in the deal, and the crux is that the current owner is the operator who has mismanaged, and is looking to retire. I’d want to bring in an operator to run it for me, and was wondering if anybody here has experience in setting up that system and infrastructure for an RCFE. Thanks!
