Need help with rental lease agreement

Hi I am renting my home first time. I want to know from where should I get lease agreement and also how to do screening.

That is way more than can be covered in a post. Brandon Turner's book is a big help: "Managing Rental Properties". If you search the site here you can find podcasts etc. Screening and laws vary by state. Screening is a huge learning process.
