Looking for a mobile home lot lease
Hi, I let my cousin move a mobile home onto my property. She doesn't pay rent, but I want to make sure she's not able to claim squatter's rights to the land hence why I need the lease. This is in very, very rural GA and she's already been on the property for about 5 years. I've looked online but couldn't find a lease that has anything about not being able to claim ownership of the property, most were focused on rent payments which I'm not concerned with.
