Broken toilet handle

Adam Rodriguez
Posted

Hey landlords.  Our tenant called us and said the handle on their toilet broke. Is the cost to repair their responsibility or ours?

That's on you, at least the first time.....unless they keep breaking it, then it's on them - I would make that clear....
