Tenant has gone insane before moveout

He's some construction worker. Rented the house 2 years, had a dispute with one neighbor and is now moving out. Been sending him notices of tours days in advance. One day I texted the notice to his OLD number that he doesn't monitor much apparently. Neighbor told him I had a tour. He then started sending me strange texts demanding I call him.

I asked what it's about and he said it was about my tour. On the phone, he tried to claim he has 10K missing (he doesn't...). I was like BS, there were three people on the tour and we were all together the entire time in every room. He then says that's not the issue, the issue is that you didn't give notice. Again I pointed out to him I did and sent him a screenshot of the text, which he apparently didn't get.

He then says I have to make a phone call and hangs up. Two days later...he springs back up again. Demanding I sign a document saying the house is in better condition than it was when they moved in, etc. and I must do a walk through with him, and give him his 2K deposit back. I'm like, I don't do walkthroughs with tenants (thinking to myself, especially tenants like this...) and that if the house is in the same condition as it was rented in and utilities are closed out, he'll get his full deposit back.

He then has his fiance start hitting me with a barrage of letters they are texting me about their move out date. This guy appears to be off his meds. He had a conviction for carrying a firearm without a license and has guns all over the house....
