Washer/Dryer - Lease Wording for Responsibility
Will be adding w/d to the appliances I provide in unfurnished/newly rehabbed units. I also provide fridge/stove/microwave which I am ok replacing/repairing as needed. W/D will be used/refurbished and I'm looking for verbiage to add to my lease confirming that tenants use them as is, and LL is not responsible for repair/replacement. Thanks!
