Any experience working with ale solutions

First time rental investor. I received this inquiry and was wondering if anyone has had any experience leasing to ale solutions or any other companies who lease and then do short term rentals

This is what they sent:
I am a Relocation Specialist at ALE Solutions INC. My company works with Insurance Adjusters, as a third party, to find short term leases for local families who have lost their homes due to damages. Is this rental still available? We are looking for a 12 month rental with the option to extend month to month after the initial term.
