Applicant has Bankruptcy --Issue if I rent out my property to them

Hi, 

Applicant has good income and job, but ha filed a Bankruptcy in 2015. I see B2  indicating bankruptcy  in their credit report as recently as April 2024. What  are the implications to me legally if I rent out to a person that has filed bankruptcy?
