Tenant Screening Process
Hi everyone, my name is Brandon Chung, and I am a first-year student in college. I plan on buying a house in 12 months and house-hacking near campus. This would be my first experience with landlording, and I would love to hear how everyone screens tenants, as I have heard that improper screening can lead to nightmares down the road.
