my tenant hired a plumber to fix a faucet problem, I have in the lease that the tenant consults me before any work is done on the house. and I have done all the repairs on the house up until now, I also have a $50 deductable so tenant pays the first $50 of any repair within a month, should I pay the plumber bill, I am atleast going to tell the tenant he souldn't have hired the plumber, I will hire a plumber if I decide I cant fix the faucet, the bill is $150 I think
