Eviction backlog in Cobb county Georgia
I filed eviction and got writ possession but sheriff office is saying the next available date is in September. The lease of this non paying tenant will expire before that in June. Should I reach out to tenant and demand that we are not renewing lease and they should quit? Or should I wait it till September for Sherriff for conducting eviction?
