End of Eviction process in PA- Request for order os possession
I am submitting a request for possession of my property in Northumberland County, Pennsylvania. I was awarded close to $5k in tenant damages and back rent during the court hearing. I did not ask for future months or rent if she got out asap. Obviously, she has not left. In the request for order of possession, where is lists the cost in this proceeding, can I add the current and future two months' rent, plus additional costs including court, mileage and hotel stays ect. I live in NC. I will be required to travel to take care everything. These charges are an additional $5,500.
